Halter Neck Twisted Ruching Evening Dress

This floor length gown has a halter neckline that is lined with rhinestones. The ruching detail is twisted at the waistline adding a sweet detail to the gown. The back of the dress is backless with two rhinestone horizontal straps. Completed with a slight slit in the front, this dress is great for all types of occasions.
